New Features in May

Feature Upgrade: Mayesh Flower Photo Library Integration

For months we've been working behind the scenes to build out one of the most ground-breaking features in the industry. You're now able to use Mayesh's incredible photo flower library directly while you're building out your arrangements. Simply search for the flower variation you'd like to add and, if it's not in your library, you may see the Mayesh emblem next to the variation indicating it's from Mayesh's library. Click on the item you'd like, and you'll be able to set your bunch count and your cost for the item. Once you've saved it, a small photo icon will appear next to the item in your recipe. You can click this icon to add the beautiful floral photo to give your clients inspiration. A HUGE thanks to Mayesh for finding one additional way to make floral designer's lives easier.

New Studio Features

White Labeling
You can customize your customer experience with your branding but now you can also customize your entire work experience through white labeling! Your logo will appear on the top left hand corner, all of the colors in the application will adjust to match your branding. Not sure what the hex code for your brand is? Simply use our logo color selector tool to choose it!

Google Calendar Integration
You can now integrate your events with your google calendar! Any time that you change an event to "Booked," it will add the event to your calendar. You can also link payment due dates with you calendar to keep you up to date. Do you use ical, or another calendar system? We'd be glad to help show you how to set those up using a workaround.

Event Tagging
You can now integrate your events with your google calendar! Any time that you change an event to "Booked," it will add the event to your calendar. You can also link payment due dates with you calendar to keep you up to date. Do you use ical, or another calendar system? We'd be glad to help show you how to set those up using a workaround.

Combine Multiple Wholesale Lists
This was our first studio feature released so you're probably familiar with this alert at the top of the screen. You're able to easily add all your shopping lists together and place orders with wholesalers. We're still working on a plan for this so have no fear that all of your orders will disappear. We'll keep you in the loop once we have more info!

Payments Report:
You can now access all the payments that your company should have coming in. From one place, you can now see everything that should be happening with your weddings and events payment. This is one of the most requested features we've had!

Search by tag:
You can separate out your events now by selecting one of your tags at the bottom of your events screen. Want to know which all events that Sarah on your team is the consultant for? Just click the tag.

Customer Source:
You can now begin to keep up with where each of your customers came from! This will be extremely helpful to know if your marketing dollars are paying off. Simply type in the customer source when you are creating the new client!

Tax Report:
Have you ever been left spending hours trying to figure out how much taxes you'll need to pay? Not anymore! With this new Tax Report feature, you'll know exactly how much you owe based on your proposals and payments received.

Report by Date:
Need to know the total value of event booked within a certain date range (ie Friday-Sunday, or per week)? You can now analyze your Events and Payments Reports by date and keep better track of your sales.

Quickbooks Online:
In March, we became the first and ONLY wedding florist software that connects to Quickbooks Desktop for Windows and Mac. But now syncing your events to Quickbooks is even easier as you can sync it Quickbooks Online. You get to spend more time designing and less time fretting over your chart of accounts and your accountant will be happier than a trip to a tax loophole seminar.

New Events Features

Bump up your wholsealer order
I'm sure you've never had some iffy flowers come in, but in case it ever does happen, some florists prefer to have a certain number of leftovers. In the Order Tab, you can now, bump up the number of selling units that you'd like!

Mass Edit
This is a largely requested feature by our florists. Can't there be a way to move around multiple events at once? Now there is! Simply move your cursor over the left side of the event name in your dashboard and a box will appear. Select the box and choose which level you want them to go to!

Multiple Customers
Now, on every proposal, you can have two customers listed! You can do this when you're creating a new event. To edit an old event, just click on the event's pencil icon in the dashboard and there will be an option for an additional customer. It's good to note that two customers will have two signatures listed! So wedding planners or others would need to be included in the vendor section.

Add Documents:
You can now add PDFs, Word documents, and Excel files to your wedding flower proposals. This is perfect for adding seating charts, files from the wedding consultant, and more! Simply drag and drop the file you want onto your proposal, below your event details and notes.

Multiple Tax Rates on Proposals for Canadian Users:
Our Canadian florists have had to combine the Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) into one tax rate on their proposals, which could get a bit tricky to explain to clients and to figure out with their accountant. You now have the ability to show multiple tax rates on your proposals so the PST and GST are listed separately, saving you and your accountant from the headaches.
