Here's how you can do it
1. Enable templates first by going to settings>see all settings, then click advanced. In the templates section, click enable. Then save changes.
2. When replying to an email or composing a new email, you'll click on the 3 vertical dots on the bottom of the composer bar and see templates.
3. Simply compose an email you want to save as a template and then click save draft as a template. Now this will be ready to use over and over again the next time you need this email.
Keeping track of communication history is essential for maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. Sometimes it's easy to lose track of your communication with a client between all the email threads and conversations. With Gmail, you can easily track your history with a contact by using the recent interactions view when viewing any contact. Here you can see all the conversations with that client in one place.

We all take notes everywhere but that makes it hard to find when you need the info. With Google Contacts, you can keep track of notes on a client on their contact profile.
