Curate offers a complete end-to-end solution.

        Winner: Curate

      6. Which allows you to directly send your order to any supplier?

      11. How do you add event specifics to each?
Details Flowers gives a wide variety of fields for users to insert the details. Curate takes a broader, modular approach giving users the ability to enter details into a larger event details section. Some users have said that Curate could use more fields for data and some users have said that Details has too many boxes for data that they don't want displayed. As an example, Details has specific field for "Gown Store" that is on every proposal. In Curate, if you wanted to list what store they got their gown from, you'd enter this data into the "Event Details" section along with other data that you'd like to include.

        Winner: Tie

      12. Which has the better ratings?
G2 Crowd is a platform that takes pride in showing unbiased ratings on user satisfaction and prohibits paid placement in any of their ratings. Based on customer satisfaction with the product and market presence, G2 Crowd created a grid report of the top three florist softwares (both for retail and event florists). While Details is still a high performer in this comparison, Curate is the proven industry leader.

        Winner: Curate

      13. What are the card processing fees?
Both Details and Curate offer Stripe to process payments for a 2.9%+0.30 fee per transaction. Details' Monthly Pro plan has a 1.25% fee per transaction. Curate does not have any additional fees for payment processing. Put in other terms, Curate users reported an average revenue of $3,700 per event and an average of 79 events per year. That's an average revenue of $292,300 per year. The additional 1.25% fee means that the average florist could be losing ~$3,650 in revenue a year due to the additional transaction fees. When you're doing almost 300k worth of weddings and 50% pay via card, you need to ask: what am I paying for a software?

        Winner: Curate
